Instructions for players to access the 26.1 client in preview

1) Download https://static.ipoker.com/CasinoPreview.zip zip file 2) Open the .exe file and while .exe is running start the installed Redstar poker client. It should upgrade the installed client to the 26.1 preview version. 3) If the .exe is closed and client is restarted, it will downgrade itself back again to the current live version of 25.9.

In general, running the casinopreview.exe from this zip and starting the already installed poker applications will cause the application to upgrade/downgrade itself to the preview version available.

Instructions for testing

Please provide:

1 - Screen recording of the problem. 2 – Log files of the client 3 - OS and Video card drivers details . Recommended to update to the latest version.

How to Locate the Required Log Folders

Follow these steps to access the two specific directories needed.

Access the Installation Directory Find the application shortcut on your desktop. Right-click the shortcut and select Open file location. This will open the main installation folder.
Locate the First Log Folder In the main installation folder, look for the directory named log. Keep this folder accessible; it is the first item you need.
Locate the Second Log Folder In the main installation folder, open the directory named data. Inside this folder, find the directory named logs. This is the second item you need.
